Statutory powers and duties in relation to food safety, horticulture, forestry and the greyhound industry were delegated to the Minister of State in my Department as set out in the Agriculture, Fisheries & Food (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2011 (SI No 283 of 2011).
