Question 318: To ask the Minister for the Environment; Community and Local Government if he will provide each and every non pay savings reported by local authorities as referred to at page 11 of the First Progress Report of the Public Service Agreement 2010-2014 in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Each local authority provided details of the savings made, in terms of pay and non-pay, and costs avoided under the main headings contained in the local government action plan. The non-pay savings reported are in respect of the specific period, the year ending March 2011, covered by the First Report on Progress under the Public Service Agreement.
