The Minister of State, Deputy Kathleen Lynch, has been to this House on many occasions to deal with the whole question of mental health. I believe she is addressing the situation in the best way she possibly can. The funding is in place. She has secured the funding. One does not change systems like this overnight. It does not happen. I believe the Minister of State is doing the very best she possibly can under difficult circumstances. If the Senator wants any of the specific items to which he referred to be dealt with, I suggest that he should table an Adjournment motion.

Senator Bacik and many other Senators welcomed President Higgins's state visit to the United Kingdom. It was wonderful to see the Tricolour and the Union Flag flying side by side in Windsor and many of the streets of London.
