I move amendment No. 3:

In page 12, line 11, to delete "(if necessary by the use of reasonable force)".

The same applies to amendment No. 3. The intention was there. What we were trying to achieve was understandable and what I hoped would be achieved, but it certainly does not make sense to enforce it if it is only going to frustrate the order of the court. I withdraw the amendment.
