I sometimes fail to understand my good friends opposite. Having listened once again with great care and interest to Senators Darragh O'Brien and Denis O'Donovan, I would urge caution and calm. There is no need to confuse anybody further. There is no need for confusion. As a learned counsel, Senator O'Donovan understands well the point that has been made by Senator Bacik - that Revenue is independent in pursuance of its functions under law. That is the situation. In any event, there is no need for excitement.
