I have a lot to say and I thank Senator Keane for sharing her time.

With regard to a couple of points raised by Senator Wilson, I want the record of the House corrected. He said the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, Deputy Hogan, said there would be grants for septic tanks. I do not remember him saying that.
