I will ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht to come to the Chamber to discuss Moore Street and national monuments. Senator Comiskey welcomed the protection of 250 jobs in MBNA in Carrick-on-Shannon. We all welcome that. The Finance Bill is the correct vehicle, if Members will pardon the pun, to raise the price of diesel. Senator Leyden and others referred to destroying a database, an issue that can be dealt with by the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Health and Children.

Regarding Senator Harte's point, I raised the matter in respect of services suffering locally if the household charge is not paid. Senator Conway raised the disgraceful episode that took place in a schoolyard in Ennis yesterday. We hope that justice will take its course. Senator Moran highlighted that the UN has recognised 21 March as Down's syndrome day. We hope that day will highlight the needs of people with Down's syndrome.

Senator O'Neill referred to transcripts of debates in Northern Ireland. It is difficult enough to deal with transcripts of debates in this House.
