Terry Leyden (Fianna Fail)

I second Senator Mac Conghail's proposal on the change, if any, to the prayer at the start of business. I understand there will be 30 seconds of silent reflection but the prayer is staying intact, thanks be to God. There is no change to the prayer really so there is nothing to debate but I will second Senator Mac Conghail's proposal.
