I wish to raise again the issue of medical cards and the delay in the issuing of same. In February, it was nearly impossible to get through on the line set up for Oireachtas Members. Only one person takes calls. It is easier to get through on the public line. There seems to be little or no communication between customer service and the processing team. Yesterday, I was told that an e-mail sent to the processing team regarding the delay in an application on-----
