Exactly. I ask the Minister to consider this issue in a more holistic fashion and examine overall household income. It was put clearly to me earlier that the system is not set up that way. We must also consider the position of the child within the family, which the Minister indicated she would do, particularly with regard to the one-parent family. We must also consider how such children can be supported through the school system in order to get the best chance in life.
