I move:

(1) That Standing Order 91 of the Standing Orders relative to Public be amended in paragraph (3) by the deletion of 'The Seanad Public Petitions Committee' and the substitution therefor of 'The Seanad Public Consultation Committee.' and

(2) That the Resolution of the House of Tuesday 19th July 2011 be amended:

(i) by the deletion of 'Seanad Public Petitions Committee (SPPC)' and

(ii) by the deletion of 'SPPC' and the substitution therefor of 'SPCC' in each place where it occurs.''.
