Terry Leyden (Fianna Fail)

I am asking the Government to include a very good piece of legislation put forward by Deputy Simon Coveney who is now a Minister. He brought forward a Private Members' Bill in 2010 to outlaw these gangsters who were collecting money and clamping private cars in private car parks. I may have been affected in Galway last week. I came across other victims in areas which were not properly marked. The company is called APCOA and it should be investigated by the Revenue Commissioners——
