I will leave my comments on the Ryan report until statements this afternoon. When the Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, Deputy Barry Andrews, launches his report, we should all be advised of the date of the launch. Last week I said all Members of this House, on all sides, should work together across the political divide to make sure the 21 recommendations in this report are delivered.
