Joan Burton: On completion of a Community Employment scheme on 18 May 2015 the person concerned reverted to a Jobseekers Allowance payment and requested a review their means from self-employment. The file has been sent to the Social Welfare Inspector for investigation - on receipt of the Inspector’s report the client’s current eligibility may be re-examined.
