Marc Ó Cathasaigh: On culling versus vaccination, I have all sorts of reasons why I do not like badger culling from my own political background. I also understood it to be fantastically expensive per badger culled, however. Are we phasing that out as a practice entirely? Are we moving towards vaccination? Where does the balance lay currently?
