Arthur Morgan: I am in favour of amendment No. 29 in the names of Deputy Howlin and I. I cannot think of a single reason the Minister of State would refuse to include the Irish language in the title of the agency. I accept there is a copy of the Bill as Gaeilge but the title of the agency will be referred to across the board. Why cannot the Irish language version of the name be included? I support also...
