Maurice Cummins: It is solely a matter for the Taoiseach. In regard to the business conducted yesterday, I was very upset by Senator Gerard P. Craughwell's allegation that the debate on the motion was held earlier in order to cod or fool him. He was not present in the House yesterday for the Order of Business.
