Aengus Ó Snodaigh: When we were discussing the previous section, a period of four weeks was mentioned. I thought it was suggested that the period was eight weeks but six weeks is mentioned in the section. Aengus Ó Snodaigh: It is an interesting concept and I agree with Deputy O'Callaghan I have not seen any delivery, in an accelerated sense, in my constituency. Select Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government: Planning and Development Bill 2023: Committee Stage (Resumed) (11 Apr 2024)

Aengus Ó Snodaigh: I just have a query on the wording of this. Paragraph (a) in the current text states, "made an application under Chapter 3 or Chapter 4". That is clear, whereas the amendment says "made an application under Chapter 3 or 4". Maybe I am being pedantic but what is the reason for taking the word "Chapter" out?

Select Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government: Planning and Development Bill 2023: Committee Stage (Resumed) (11 Apr 2024)

Aengus Ó Snodaigh: It is just a drafting or styling query; I am not questioning the content of the amendment.
