Kevin O'Keeffe: Regarding the advertising of BusConnects, when I was coming down Wexford Street I wondered whether the NTA has purchased some rickshaws. I see a few people driving around in such vehicles with the BusConnects hoarding attached. I asked myself whether the Minister authorised rickshaws being purchased by the NTA.
