Noel Harrington: I welcome the opportunity to speak on this issue. I live on the south-west coast and I have had the pleasure of fishing in the north-eastern Atlantic once or twice. Any time I go outside the door of my house I cannot smell oil or gas, I smell only salt. There is no resource there at the moment. It is an exploration effort.
