Mattie McGrath: The benefit for housing associations in having charitable recognition has been to receive various forms of tax exemptions relating to their activities and this should continue. We must remember that not all charities are the same. In conclusion, I ask the Minister not to include unnecessary and cumbersome duplication of dual reporting for charities in this Bill.
