Martin Mansergh: The proposed decentralisation to Kanturk, County Cork, is scheduled to be reviewed by the Government in 2011. The Commissioners of Public Works have not entered into any contractual arrangements concerning the proposal to decentralise Government offices to Kanturk. In this regard, neither a site has been purchased nor money paid.
