Paul McAuliffe: I have one last point. There is a crisis among independent youth services in Dublin. The connection with CDYSB and its role, and the Department's intervention, is needed really quickly before the summer because, bizarrely, in an area where we are increasing funding, there will have to be staff reductions.

Paul McAuliffe: These amendments are being rejected on the basis they are not a matter for the local authority. It is for the local authority to vindicate a right of way if it is being frustrated.
