Jerry Cowley: I submitted a matter to be raised under Standing Order 31 at 9.25 a.m. It was received at 10.10 a.m. and it was ruled that it was too late. There is no Adjournment debate today and no opportunity to bring up the very important matter of one salmon per angler for the River Moy.
