Written Answers — Residency Permits: Residency Permits (2 Apr 2008): Brian Lenihan Jnr: ...under the European Communities ( Eligibility for Protection) Regulations 2006, Statutory Instrument No. 518 of 2006, and representations to remain temporarily in the State under Section 3 of the Immigration Act 1999, were received in my Department on 31st August, 2007. The person concerned will be informed of any decisions in this regard, in due course.
