Ms Jackie Harrington: We are satisfied that the 0.2% will cover it in recessionary periods. In some years, savings are made to the fund and obviously, in periods of recession it is heavily drawn from.

Ms Jackie Harrington: If there was an exaggeration of the employment hours so that it looked like full-time employment or that it was more than subsidiary employment that could have been done in addition to a person's normal work, that possibly is then reflected in the response that is referring to a specific case.
