Kevin O'Keeffe: I am very concerned about the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme, TAMS, II. I have been promised, day in and day out, that tillage farmers will be accepted into the scheme but no application forms have been made available. I am concerned about this because tillage farmers are telling me that by the time TAMS II is opened up to them, the pot will be empty.
