Barry Andrews: I am the only one here, so it is perhaps the other side that has the superfluous numbers. The Constitution provides that there should be 20,000 per Deputy. If there are 400,000 too many people on the register, then it means there are that many Deputies in excess. We need the Government Deputies to bolster the Taoiseach.
