I move amendment No. 14:

In page 22, lines 14 to 20, to delete all words from and including “A reference” in line 14 down to and including line 20 and substitute the following:

“A reference in this Act to a person providing a lottery shall be taken to be a reference to the person- (a) selling or offering to sell a product or activity referred to in the definition, in section 2(1), of “lottery”, or

(b) causing another person to do any of the activities referred to in paragraph (a).”.
