Deputy Martin drove the cut of €16.40 per week for people with disabilities. He also represents the party that cut the blind person's allowance, not once but twice, without any consultations. Fianna Fáil cut mobility allowances, carer's allowance, carer's benefit and removed the Christmas bonus from all of these groups. Shame on Fianna Fáil.
