In page 55, between lines 31 and 32, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 50 of Act of 2002

72.Section 50 of the Act of 2002 is amended⁠—

(a) in subsection (1), by deleting “and in good faith”, and

(b) in subsection (3), by deleting “and in good faith”.”.
