I ask the Taoiseach to clarify the legislative timescale for his property tax. He said the Government had not yet signed off on it and mentioned that some details would be given on budget day, but I understood from the Minister for Finance that there would be stand-alone legislation on the property tax. Is that legislation finalised and when will it be introduced in the Dáil? A second related point concerns the obnoxious proposals being mooted that social welfare recipients-----
