Previous speakers were given a great deal of latitude. I have not spoken for as long as many other speakers. I appreciate the opportunity to make a contribution and I am speaking on an issue raised at the committee meeting. I am sure because I verified it of what Deputy Eamon Ó Cuív said at the time, which was an untenable position for any politician to take. We are trying to sort out a problem.
