Michael Noonan (Limerick East, Fine Gael)

Will it follow in the calendar year 2011 or is it after 12 months? It is not even the 2010 accounts yet, as far as I know. If it goes into the 2010 accounts is it only to the end of the year and will we be able to say in January 2011, to give confidence to the market, that the fiscal deficit is now down by 20%?
