The recent court decision on risk equalisation in the medical insurance area has serious implications for the community rating policy, which the Labour Party supports. Is the Taoiseach planning legislation in this area or are newspapers correct when they suggest there will be a taxation measure in respect of the possible trebling of health insurance for older people?
