Twenty-seventh Amendment of the Constitution Bill 2004: Second Stage (Resumed).
2:00 pm
Dan Neville (Limerick West, Fine Gael)
I welcome the opportunity to contribute to this debate. I am extremely disappointed that this issue has arisen. We are aware that the referendum has been proposed as a Fianna Fáil tactic to divert attention from the real issues, which will be discussed despite the Government's attempts to sideline them.
