I move amendment No. 15:

In page 31, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following: “ “industrial emissions licence” means a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 for the carrying on of an industrial emissions directive activity (within the meaning of that Act);

“integrated pollution control licence” means a licence (other than an industrial emissions licence) under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992;”.
