All of this proves they still need enforcement powers. That is critical because they will not do it on their own.

I thank the Minister, the Minister of State and their officials, who have sat here along with them, ably assisting them. It is not that they need any assistance but the officials have helped to give that information to us all. I thank them for their participation in the meeting. I want to pass on an apology from Deputy Alan Dillon, who I saw on the screen but who could not be with us this afternoon.
