This is a good question. We believe that the economy is operating at full capacity in many areas - construction, healthcare, childcare, etc. In the construction sector, there are some policies that are influencing this. One could think of the vacant home tax. That is working to increase supply but at the same, if one does not have enough workers to renovate these houses, it is hard to get them back on the market.
