In regard to Ann, in one of your comments earlier you spoke about the rights of the foster mother and so on. You outlined those. In all of your discussions here, as I said to you earlier on, there was a failure to outline the rights of the intellectually disabled person. The emphasis on one set of rights as against another is not balanced. That is my view of what you have been saying.
