The last time I met with the Irish Road Haulage Association and Mr. Gavin, I was chairing the Joint Committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht and an issue arose about the purchase of fuel. Something similar to what we proposed was happening in Belgium or the Netherlands. What progress, if any, has been made on that?
