Before I call Senator van Turnhout may I ask the Minister or Ms McGuinness to outline the process for the restoration of the medical card programme as outlined, as there was a reference to it being underway. Are they in a position today to outline the timetable? Following the Taoiseach's announcement in the Dáil on the medial card for those aged over 70 years, will Ms McGuinness address the issue and confirm if there will be a moratorium on reviews pending the roll-out of that policy?
