I move amendment No. 25:
In page 40, to delete lines 8 to 14 and substitute the following:“(e) the deletion of the definition of “remote means” (inserted by subparagraph (iii) of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 54 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 2013).”.
