I move amendment No. 9:

In page 16, between lines 7 and 8, to insert the following:"(13) A member of the Commission who has served 2 terms of office shall not be eligible for reappointment to the Commission, and any period during which a person serves as a member of the Commission by virtue of subsection (1)shall, for the purposes of this subsection, be deemed not to be a term of office.".
