I move amendment No. 37:

In page 157, line 38, to delete “Director General of the Irish Youth Justice Service” and substitute “National Director of the Irish Youth Justice Service”.

This is a minor amendment to section 144 to correct an error in a reference to the head of the Irish Youth Justice Service whose titled should read "National Director", rather than "Director General".
