I was just saying to my colleague that I worked for a trade union for many years and it was very rare to have someone ring to seek assistance, so there is obviously still a terrible shame about seeking the assistance of agencies. As I said, there are one or two. We can supply the committee with models that are in force in the workplace, if members are interested.
