I move amendment No. 55:

In page 87, to delete lines 12 and 13 and substitute the following: “(ii) where a gaming licence is sought, the game or games the person seeks to provide pursuant to the licence and, where it is intended to provide the game through a gaming machine, the number of gaming machines proposed to be used, and”.
