To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if it has been determined whether the OPW or Clare County Council had responsibility for conservation works in Moynoe Graveyard, Scariff, County Clare; if he is aware how long scaffolding has been in place; when it will be removed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The question of works at Moynoe Graveyard, County Clare is one, in the first instance, for Clare County Council. The Office of Public Works has no remit in relation to this graveyard or these works.
