I move amendment No. 45:

In page 12, to delete lines 22 to 25 and substitute the following: “(l) to promote and support the undertaking in the State of research and innovation which furthers climate action, the protection and enhancement of biodiversity and implementation and achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals;”.
