I move amendment No. 42:

In page 12, between lines 7 and 8, to insert the following: “(h) in co-operation with An tÚdarás, promote, support and develop tangible plans to end precarious work in the higher education sector;”.

I withdraw the amendment and reserve the right to reintroduce it on Report Stage.
